Hello all!

Welcome to official home for Air Hockey NYC!  This is where we discuss matches, share pictures, and announce events.

The next Air Hockey event will be on Monday, March 2nd at 8PM.  As always, we will be meeting at Manitoba’s, at 99 Avenue B.

Air Hockey NYC meets once a month to play air hockey in a fun environment.  Our home is Manitoba’s in the East Village, which has lots of cheap booze and the best jukebox in the neighborhood.  Best of all, air hockey games are free!  It’s a great opportunity to get out, meet new friends, and have fun on a Monday night.

We play for the love of the game, so don’t worry if you’ve never played before.  We have members of all skill levels, so you’re guaranteed a good game no matter what your experience is.

Anyway, thanks for coming and checking us out!  Feel free to leave us a message or ask any questions that you may have.  Hope to see you at our next match on March 2nd!

Air Hockey NYC : Accept no imitations!

Got back from Burning Man last week, and … wow!  What an experience.  Needless to say, I have many stories to tell.  Truly a remarkable event.

In any case, I’ve brushed off all the playa dust, had a few good nights’ sleep, and am ready to pick up a mallet and play some air hockey!

Our next match will be on Monday, Septermber 15th, at Manitoba’s.  Come for the cheap beer, rockin’ jukebox, and air hockey air hockey air hockey!

The time has arrived for air hockey!  This Monday at Manitoba’s, all the air hockey you can handle!  Fun, excitement, and adventure beyond your wildest dreams await.  Don’t let life pass you by!  Come out on Monday and play air hockey with us.  You have nothing to lose, and so much to gain!

Remember how, when you were a kid, and you saw the movie Gremlins, you thought to yourself, “oh, the mogwai is so cute.  I would do ANYTHING to have a mogwai.”

Well, guess what?  Air Hockey is more fun than a mogwai!  And you can feed us after midnight.  Everybody wins!

So come out this Monday and play air hockey with us.  What else were you going to do on a Monday night?  Watch TV?!

Just a reminder that Air Hockey NYC will be having its second July match this Monday at 8PM at Manitoba’s.

Just to keep y’all up to date – we’ve FINALLY settled on the schedule for Air Hockey NYC. From now into (the foreseeable) eternity, we shall be meeting on the first and third Monday of every month. Furthermore, every match shall be “open competition,” with people of all skill levels welcome. This should eliminate any and all confusion from your life, at least in regard to air hockey.

Our next match is this Monday, June 2nd, at 8PM at Manitoba’s. Hope to see you there!

Just wanting to remind you all that we have a match this Wednesday, so please drop by Manitoba’s after 8PM and play a game or two with us!

Also, we have a bit of confusion about match dates. Apparently the folks at Thrillist, who were kind enough to link to us, got the dates wrong. They announced that we have matches on the first and third Mondays of the month. However, we had planned on holding this week’s match on Wednesday.

So if you want to play some Air Hockey, please come to Manitoba’s this Wednesday, not Monday.

In any case, I’ll try to drop by for a little while on Monday just to see if any poor misinformed folk show up.
